In continuation of my confidential despatch
of December 29th, 1911, relative to the retirement of Sir Francis Piggott, I have the honour to inform you that the Colonial Treasurer states that the loss of pension consequent of Sir Francis Piggott's retirement in April is £ 55.11.2 and not as stated in the Chief Justice's despatch of December 1st, 1911, and repeated by me in para.(6) of the despatch referred to.
